I’m sick as a dog but I can’t sleep because I’ve messed up my cycle and I still have to do laundry, go to work, and study for one last final. So I took 3mg of Melatonin and 200mg of L-theanine at 8:45pm and drifted to sleep around 9:20pm. I had my first peaceful dream in weeks but still woke up at 1:45am and I’ve been laying here for nearly 4 hours so I’m just going to make coffee and get my day started. I can’t wait for January when I’ll be working less; I didn’t think they’d completely fill up my availability when I gave it to them. Next year should be pretty good.
